STAGE ROCKET

A reusable 1.5 stage to orbit rocket uses a main stage to reach a high altitude and provide most of the delta-V needed for the mission. The orbital stage completes the delta-V and takes a Hohmann transfer approach to deliver multiple payloads to low Earth orbit. The main stage comes back to , and after maintanence, gets ready for the next launch in a short time.

AEROSPIKE NOZZLE

Our main stage uses a combination of a bell nozzle and a linear aerospike engine for increased efficiency. The aerospike provides higher efficiency at lower altitudes, while the bell nozzles are vacuum optimized for higher altitudes. This enables us to get up to 90% of our delta-V from the first stage

PROPELLANT

Methalox propulsion is a highly efficient and clean-burning rocket propulsion system that uses liquid methane and liquid oxygen as the fuel and oxidizer. It is simple to manufacture, can be used in a variety of rocket designs, and is fueled by an abundant and easily obtainable resource. Our launch vehicle company is proud to utilize methalox propulsion, which offers numerous benefits to our customers and the environment.

COOLING SYSTEM

Our dual regenerative cooling cycle uses the oxidizer to cool the aerospike from the inside and the fuel to cool the thrusters. The limited exposure of the spike's surface to the flame allows for efficient cooling and the use of lighter materials.

RE-ENTRY SYSTEM

Our re-entry system features an advanced umbrella-type aeroshield and integrated landing gear design. The landing gear is retractable and attaches to the aeroshield after lift-off. During re-entry, the gear expands in conjunction with the aeroshield to provide structural support. The aeroshield then separates from the landing legs at a low altitude, enabling the landing gear to fully deploy and prepare the vehicle for landing. The aeroshield module is lightweight and modular, facilitating maintenance and replacement

ORBITAL STAGE

our advanced orbital stage is equipped to deploy multiple payloads using the highly efficient Hohmann transfer method. This allows for precise deployment at a range of altitudes and orbits, and enables the stage to reach orbital velocity with a minimal fuel expenditure

EJECTION SYSTEM

Our advanced ejector system enables the seamless ejection of our orbital stage. The fairing opens to reveal the stage, which is then ejected, and the fairing closes again. This increases the reusability of the system
